As with other paintings of young children, I prefer to work from candid photo shots as apposed to formal and stiff portrait photos. Children much prefer to be in motion, all the time. They should be painted that way as well.

In it, you’ll find paintings I have done for various reasons; Portrait Commissions of individuals, their families, pets and their businesses: Images of the town where I spent my first 75 years, Rochester New York, and of the town my late wife Debbie and I spent many vacations together, New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Exhibited here are magazine covers I’ve been commissioned to paint, a sampling of other business commissions, featured paintings for PBS affiliate fund-raising events, as well as other stuff.
